Philip Myers is a personal and professional coach - his coaching philosophy is
borne from the ideal of "reaching high places", both personally and
professionally, and encompasses the words of an ancient Chinese proverb: "If
you don't scale the mountain, you can't view the plain".

As a coach, Philip draws upon his 20 years of international life and business
experience spanning the US, UK, South Africa and Canada. During his 15 years
in South Africa, he specialized in coaching professionals who were embracing
diversity in the workplace in the post-apartheid era. More broadly, he has been
involved professionally in Executive Coaching, Executive Recruitment, Diversity
Consulting, IT Training, Sales and Marketing. Philip has reached his own
personal heights by challenging himself to scale the peaks of Mt. Kilimanjaro in
Africa, Mt. Elbrus in Russia and climbing to 20,000ft on Mt. Aconcagua in
Argentina.

Philip combines his life experience and business expertise in providing
coaching to people in both their personal and professional lives. His practical,
results-oriented approach to coaching is designed to address the needs of
individuals, professionals, corporate executives, small business owners and
those looking to take a "gap year". Philip has traveled extensively, and his own
"gap year" took him to Singapore, Australia, New Zealand, Fiji and Canada.

He achieved a BA with Honors from Liverpool University in England, and in
addition to his life and business experience, he has studied coaching and has a
Certificate in Personal Performance Coaching. Philip is also a member of the
International Coach Federation.

Philip's coaching practice is located in Greenwich, CT and Mt.Kisco, NY. His
interests include traveling, hiking, photography and sports.
